“The market is needed there. But the model must be based on economic analysis,” he said, Sunday (8/21).

According to him, the staple food distribution for Seribu Island is taken from Tangerang because its short distance.

“Mostly the local residents are fisherman. Dept. of Maritime, Agriculture and Food Tenacity must be involved to design the model. It must be based on local residents request,” he explained.

PD Pasar Jaya Public Relation Head, Gatra Vaganza, admitted the planning has been discussed verbally. But there is still no discussion or request from province level.

“No legal request from the province level. Moreover, we have no asset in the island,” he closed.
